Deskripsi Mata Kuliah

Mata kuliah Pengantar Manajemen memberikan pemahaman dasar tentang konsep-konsep manajemen, fungsi-fungsi manajemen, serta peran manajemen dalam organisasi. Mahasiswa akan mempelajari teori-teori manajemen klasik hingga modern, serta aplikasinya dalam konteks bisnis dan organisasi kontemporer.
